We act on valid reports and do not require a court order to look at one, though we may require one before disclosing anything about a customer.

Responsibility for content

Moula World LLC is responsible for the content of this website. We are not responsible for the content our customers store using the service: we are a hosting provider, we do not monitor customer content, and by design we cannot read data a customer has encrypted client-side. To report unlawful content stored by a customer, use the contact page with the address of the material and what is unlawful about it.

This site links to our own service and to third parties; we do not control third-party content and are not responsible for it. How disputes are handled is set out in the Terms of Service; we are not obliged to, and do not, take part in consumer arbitration-board proceedings. If you have a problem, write to us first — it is usually the quickest route.
